The BC Public Service Agency were looking to move to a new Drupal 8 intranet and rebuild it from the ground up. Their staff did not have experience with Drupal 8 and there were many stakeholders involved with different expectations.
We conducted an audit on their current system and highlighted the deficiencies, we reviewed the staff experience level with the new tool they were looking to use and then formulated a custom training plan to fill their needs.
We delivered this training and ensured it was working correctly by taking the team through creating a number of prototypes/examples that tested specific skills for the rebuild. All of the tests combined became the lego bricks they would need for the build (which they are currently undertaking).
